Booking Cancellation Policy

1. You can cancel reservations without penalty for within 24 hours from the date of issuance.
2. Canceling you ticket before 10 days or more of the scheduled travel date is  subject to a deduction of 25% of the basic ticket fare as an administrative fee.
3. Policy of Ticket Cancellation/No-Show on the Date of Departure
4. Ticket may be cancelled within a period not exceeding 10 days from the travel date specified on the ticket, subject to a 25% deduction from the basic ticket value as administrative expenses.
5. Ticket may not be cancelled after 10 days from the travel date specified on the ticket, and the passenger forfeits the right to use the ticket.
6. Value of a round-trip ticket cannot be refunded if the passenger has used the flight segment.

1. Booking a flight ticket on the same day of departure.
2. Traveling on a date other than the travel date specified on the ticket, subject to operational circumstances, and if seats were available on the flight, and within a period not exceeding 10 days from the travel date specified on the ticket.

Passengers’ Compliance with Rules and Regulations

Company shall have the right to cancel or postpone flights due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances, or in the event of any occurrence that threatens the safety of passengers or property.

Neither the Company, nor its general agency or booking office, shall be liable for cancelling any of the announced flights due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as war or the absence of safety for passengers and property. If any such circumstances occur at the destination, the Company shall have the right to cancel, suspend, or complete the flight, and the passenger shall have the right to recover the value of the ticket or use it for travel on another flight.
